Rankings Update After ET6

IAN WHITE and Peter Wright both moved up one place on the PDC Order of Merit after contesting the final of the European Darts Grand Prix in Sindelfingen on Sunday.

Winner of the sixth European Tour event of 2019, White has risen from 12th to 11th, overtaking Dave Chisnall, while runner-up Wright has jumped up from sixth to fifth above Michael Smith.

Mervyn King and Jeffrey de Zwaan were the only other two players to improve their main Order of Merit walk-on following the weekend of action in Germany.

The top 16 on the PDC Order of Merit as of June 30 will be seeded for July's Betfred World Matchplay, while the top 16 players on the ProTour Order of Merit not otherwise qualified will also make it to Blackpool.

Steve Beaton's run to the semi-finals of ET6 saw him rise to 15th on the ProTour Order of Merit, while Keegan Brown made it to the Last 16 to move into a provisional place for the World Matchplay, with the final provisional qualifying place currently occupied by Gabriel Clemens.

Meanwhile, the top 32 players on the European Tour Order of Merit as of September 29 will qualify for October's Unibet European Championship.

Following the first six European Tour events of the year, Raymond van Barneveld and Glen Durrant are provisionally in line to star in Gottingen.

White goes second on the European Tour Order of Merit behind Michael van Gerwen, who has four European Tour titles to his name so far in 2019.

The PDC stars return to action at Players Championships 15-16 in Barnsley on May 18-19, with live action from two streaming boards broadcast on video.pdc.tv
