Harrowsdarts.com only delivers to the United Kingdom at present. If you are based in Europe or the USA then please visit our Official Harrows Amazon Store.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and ready to be received the Next Day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and can track it from your account on our website.
Please note that we cannot 100% guarantee your order will arrive the Next Day in the event of our couriers (DPD or Royal Mail) having downtime or issues.
Broken or damaged product

You will be asked for a picture of the fault and our team will work to help resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item you wish to return.
We do not offer refunds for items returned after 30 days. We only accept returns from orders that have been bought directly from our website with a confirmed order number. If your enquiry is about a Harrows product you have bought from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly as they are responsible for the transaction.
If you have placed the order incorrectly or have changed your mind, the item can still be returned to us if it is within 30 days of receiving the item. The postage for the return will be at your own cost.
Any items being returned to us must be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. If it is not in a saleable condition, then we reserve the right to not refund you. All goods will be subject to a full inspection upon return and before a refund is given.
We do not accept exchanges on any products, any returns accepted are for monetary refund.
All accepted returns will be refunded at the price you purchased your item for, this includes sale items or any items on promotion. The refund will not include any postal charges you have paid.
We cannot accept any liability for damaged/lost/stolen items if you have returned your items with your own independent courier. If you are responsible for the return, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage for any returns.
