Harrows Darts UK Open X (Formerly Twitter) Giveaway Terms & Conditions

 

1. General

  • The promoter is Harrows Darts, Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11 0JX.

  • By entering, an entrant is indicating agreement to be bound by these terms.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom only, aged 18+.

  • Employees of Harrows Darts or their family members are not permitted to enter.

  • Entry Period: Entries close at 10:00 AM on Thursday, 5th March 2026. (Note: Setting the cutoff slightly before the 11:30 AM announcement gives you time to draw the winner).

3. How to Enter

  • No purchase necessary.

  • To enter via X: Follow @harrowsdarts, Repost the official giveaway post, and Tag a user in the comments.

  • Multiple entries are permitted, but only one prize bundle will be awarded per person.

4. The Prize

  • There is one (1) prize bundle available, consisting of:

    • 1x Harrows Dartboard

    • 1x Harrows Surround

    • 1x Harrows Oche Mat

    • 1x Set of Harrows Darts (Subject to availability).

  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

  • Shipping is available to a UK address only.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be announced on Thursday, 5th March 2026 at 11:30 AM.

  • The winner will be notified via DM from the verified @harrowsdarts account only.

  • Warning: We will never ask for bank details or ask you to click external links to "claim."

  • The winner has seven (7) days to claim their prize before a replacement is drawn.

6. Data Protection

  • Personal data will be used in accordance with UK GDPR. Winner’s surname and county can be requested via shop@harrowsdarts.com per CAP Code requirements.

Harrows Darts 25k Instagram Giveaway
Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • The promoter is Harrows Darts, Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11 0JX.

  • By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

  • Employees of Harrows Darts, their family members, or anyone else connected with the giveaway are not permitted to enter.

  • Entry Period: Entries open on 05/02/26 and close at 11:59 PM on 12/02/26. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

  • Entrants' profiles must be set to public during the giveaway period for entries to be visible and valid.

3. How to Enter

  • No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.

  • To enter via Instagram:

    1. Follow @harrowsdarts.

    2. Like the official 25k Giveaway post.

    3. Comment on the post (e.g., tagging a friend or mentioning your favourite dart).

  • Sharing the post to your Story is appreciated but is not a mandatory condition of entry, in accordance with platform best practices.

  • Multiple entries are permitted, but a maximum of one (1) prize bundle will be awarded per person.

4. The Prize

  • There is one (1) prize bundle available, consisting of:

    • 1x Harrows Solo integrated flight and shaft.

    • 1x Set of Harrows Darts of the winner's choice (subject to stock availability).

    • 1x Set of Harrows Quick Points of the winner's choice (only applicable if the chosen darts are compatible with the Quick Point system. We will provide other length standard steel tip darts if the chosen dart is not Quick Point).

  • The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

  • Shipping is available to a UK address only and will be covered by the Promoter.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using an independent random name generator.

  • The winner will be announced on Friday, 13th February 2026.

  • The winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) from the official verified @harrowsdarts account only.

  • Warning: Harrows Darts will never ask for bank details, credit card information, or ask you to click external links to "claim." Please report any fraudulent accounts.

  • The winner has seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

  • Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current UK GDPR legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

  • In accordance with the UK CAP Code, the Promoter must make available information that indicates a valid award took place. The winner's surname and county can be obtained by emailing shop@harrowsdarts.com within 30 days of the closing date.

7. Platform Disclaimer (Instagram Requirements)

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • By entering, you confirm a complete release of Instagram from any and all responsibility.

8. General Limitation

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside of its control.



Harrows Darts January Launch Giveaway
Terms & Conditions

1. General 

  • The promoter is Harrows Darts of Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11 0JX.

  • The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Eligibility

  • Entries open at 11:00 AM on 14/01/26 and close at 11:59 PM on 20/01/26. 

  • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom including NI aged 18 years or over.

  • Entrants' profiles must be set to public for entries to be visible.

  • Employees of Harrows Darts, their family members, or anyone else connected with the giveaway are not permitted to enter.

  • The winner’s surname and county can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Harrows Darts Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11 0JX, within 30 days of the closing date.

3. How to Enter

  • No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.

  • Entries are accepted across X (Formally known as Twitter), Instagram, and Facebook.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. 

  • To enter for a specific product, participants must follow the instructions on the specific launch post for that product: 

    • Like the product launch post

    • Comment on that specific product launch post.

      Reposting or sharing the content is appreciated but is not a condition of entry (in line with platform guidelines).

  • Multiple entries are permitted if the entrant follows the steps on different platforms; however, a maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per person. 

4. The Prize

  • The prize for each specific draw is the product featured in that specific post.

  • There are a total of fifteen (15) prizes available. On each platform (X, Instagram and Facebook), five (5) separate winners will be selected. 

  • Each of the five winners per platform will receive one (1) of the five new products from the Harrows January 2026 product launch. 

  • The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

  • Shipping is available to a UK address only. Prizes will be sent via Royal Mail at the Promoter's expense. 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One (1) winner will be chosen at random for each of the five (5) product launch posts on each of the three platforms (X, Instagram and Facebook) using an independent name generator including all valid entries only. 

  • Limit of one (1) prize per person. In the event an entrant is drawn as a winner on multiple platforms, a redraw will take place for the subsequent platforms to ensure there are fifteen (15) unique winners. 

  • The winners will be announced on Wednesday, 21st January 2026.

  • Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) from the official verified Harrows Darts account only. Winners may also be tagged in a public post or story to prompt them to check their Direct Messages.

  • Winners have seven (7) days to claim their prize; failure to do so will result in a redraw.

  • Warning: Harrows Darts will never ask for bank details or credit card information. Please be aware of fraudulent accounts.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

  • Personal data will be used solely in accordance with current UK GDPR legislation for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

  • Personal data will be deleted after the prize has been successfully delivered, unless the entrant has otherwise opted-in to receive marketing communications.

  • By entering, you agree that Harrows Darts may use your social media handle to announce the winner.

  • In accordance with the UK CAP Code, the Promoter must make available information that indicates a valid award took place.

  • The Promoter will send the surname and county of the winners to anyone who writes to shop@harrowsdarts.com within one month of the closing date.

  • Entrants may object to this by contacting shop@harrowsdarts.com. In such cases, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, Instagram, or Facebook. 

  • By entering, you confirm a complete release of these platforms from any responsibility.

8. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.
