Terms & Conditions

1. General

• The promoter is Harrows Darts, Pindar Road, Hoddesdon, Herts, EN11 0JX.

• By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Harrows Darts, their family members, or anyone else connected with the giveaway are not permitted to enter.

• Entry Period: Entries open on 12/02/26 and close at 11:59 PM on 09/04/26. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  

3. How to Enter

• No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.

• To enter:

  1. Leave a review when invited via email for a purchase made between 1st November 2025 and April 7th 2026.

4. The Prize

• There is one (1) prize available, consisting of:

  • 1x Geo 90% Quick Point Dart (choice of model 01, 02 or 03) subject to stock availability.

• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.

• Shipping is available to a UK (including Northern Ireland) address only and will be covered by the Promoter.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using an independent random name generator.

• The winner will be announced on Friday, 17th April 2026.

• The winner will be notified via email from the official shop@harrowsdarts.com email only.

• Warning: Harrows Darts will never ask for bank details, credit card information, or ask you to click external links to "claim." Please report any fraudulent accounts.

• The winner has seven (7) days to claim their prize. If the prize is not claimed within this period, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

6. Data Protection and Publicity

• Any personal data relating to the winner will be used solely in accordance with current UK GDPR legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

• In accordance with the UK CAP Code, the Promoter must make available information that indicates a valid award took place. The winner's surname and county can be obtained by emailing shop@harrowsdarts.com within 30 days of the closing date.

7. General Limitation

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
